My journey as a therapist started as a volunteer and over the last 20 years I have worked in multiple settings (including NGOs, schools, the corporate sector and private consultations). This exposed me to a wide range of issues and allowed me to evolve through both learning and practice. I feel it is essential to see therapy as an unfolding process.

I have a keen interest in eliciting creative expression and see its value within therapy as images bring a different perspective to a situation. I have worked with adolescent and elderly groups using art materials. This creative process can benefit you too, no matter your age or leaning.

I work mainly in English but do have knowledge of Italian and French.

Doing counselling work is something I honour and value. Bringing authenticity and integrity to the work is of utmost importance to me.
